Da Vinci’s Demons Set To Return March 22
No, Da Vinci’s Demons doesn’t really have anything to do with the paranormal, supernatural or serial killers, but it’s still a show I find worth watching. It’s an interpretation of the life of Leonardo Da Vinci as a frustrated artist trying to deal with his genius. It’s his wild adventures as he builds weapons of war, escapes from prison, outsmarts the courts and tries to have a good time with wine, women and song. And a few other dalliances too.
I like history and TV shows that take real people and events and fill in the blanks entertain me. We must take all Leonardo’s adventures with a grain of salt, but his inventions are real and they make for some fun stories.
Anyway, if you’re looking for something a little different, give it a try.
Starz is also where you can find the rather racy Black Sails, based on the events leading up to the novel Treasure Island. That’s worth checking out too, just make sure the kids are in bed and the blinds are closed. It has a few scenes that might take you by surprise.
